The documentation and standards every approved Aplis vendor must maintain.
These requirements exist because our clients' insurers require them of us. Documents are tracked with expiry dates in the portal, and dispatch pauses automatically the day anything lapses.

What this covers
Insurance
Commercial general liability with Aplis named as additional insured.
WSIB
Valid clearance certificate maintained at all times.
Licensing
Trade licences and certifications current for the work performed.
Safety
Documented health and safety program and trained crews.
Included in the program
- Minimum $2M CGL coverage (higher for some trades)
- Current WSIB clearance uploaded to the portal
- Valid ESA, TSSA or trade licences as applicable
- Written health and safety policy
- Proof of vehicle insurance for mobile crews
